I think the real reasons is cuz the EULA or something. Why do some guys have to write an entirely new mod manager? I mean its hard to create a program from scratch, but ModSaber is a perfectly fine program. I mean if a guy quits a project, he can get some other guy to run the platform, or he could keep it running until the server or whatever switches hands. The mods are not gone but if you go to the Beat Saber Modding Community discord they have some zip files there to get your custom songs and scoresaber up and going until they get all of the mods back up and going. #BEAT SABER MOD MANAGER 1.01 INSTALL#
This program will install custom mods into Beat Saber automatically, and can be re-run in order to update the mods. Beat Saber version 1.6.1 released recently (approx two days ago) and mods are not working again. If you need more assistance, check out the #support channel over on the BSMG Discord. The Beat Saber Mod Manager installs and updates the mods necessary to make this happen and it’s dead simple to install.
